I use Skype all day long to connect with clients in India, Pakistan, Norway, Uganda, the UK...everywhere! I once used Yahoo Messenger and others but they simply don't offer the same functions or professional appearance. In terms of group meetings, WebEx or GotToMeeting offer user-friendly software.
Looking at your list, I am most interested in reaching out to the Hispanic copywriting market. I am sure there are many great writers available, and I know there are many wonderful clients looking for Hispanic-language writers who are reliable, available and flexible to complete a variety of projects.
I'm guessing, like Karla Ramos, many of the LCO members want to learn about potential business ventures, so I can include myself in that group as well. Always looking for smart companies to invest in.

I rarely use IM, when I do it's on Facebook. Primarily I communicate via email but I also have a toll-free number for clients to call. I have been curious about SKYPE but haven't looked into it yet. I did use GoToMeeting.com once before.
Topics of interest:

- Business Planning - particularly masterminding ideas for growth and organizing bookkeeping to maximize tax deductions
- Outsourcing - particularly VA and bookkeeping
- Joint Ventures - only those that complement my business such as business coaching, business management, SEO, database design and marketing ventures. NO health or skin-care product multi-level marketing companies please.
