- MJP Consulting LLC was launched in December 2005. After managing mid-size law firms for 25 years, I transitioned to providing management consulting services to small law firms, solo practitioners and other professional service firms. My areas of expertise include shareholder and staff personnel issues, practice/business systems, office procedures, client issues, time management and matters related to opening and closing a practice/business. I manage discreet projects as well as provide ongoing monthly services to firms needing to regularly fine-tune their administrative process. I work with clients to produce a well-managed practice/business – resulting in more satisfied clients, higher billings and peace of mind for the businessowner.
In 2009 I added interpreting/translating (Spanish) to my range of services.
